I customized an old 2 pin case fan the fan connector was broken so i bought one connector and connected the wire to the three pin connector but i forgot that the red and the black wire got mixed i didnt notice. After some time i connected to my motherboard 3pin fan connector. after switching on my pc i found some smoke came out from the connector of the motherboard. so i suddenly take out the case fan port while the pc was switched on. while stating my pc for the next time i noticed that no other case fans were running which i didnt touched but my pc was fine. i want the fans to be runned please help!!!

Intel dg33bu motherboard

Probably the only thing you can try at this point is to connect the case fans to your PSU using molex connectors. It you do this, the fans will run at their fastest speed, which may create more noise. You need something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Molex-Computer-Connector-Y-Splitter-Adapter/dp/B00DU8ZZ0O/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1485288868&sr=8-1&keywords=fan+molex+connector. I'd also suggest replacing all your case fans with new 3 pin fans so that you don't screw up your polarities this time!

Ok i tried my best but my fans were actually running well in other PCs but when i connected on my mobo after that indecent. the fans were not spinning i hope my all case fan connectors on my mobo ( not the fan's connector) were burnt please provide some solutions to connect my case fans via other connector included on my mobo i don't care about the noise but i want it to be run freely?? please???

You could try hooking the fans directly to the PSU, via a MOLEX to fan connector adapter. IF they work, they would run at full speed any time the PSU is on, and would NOT be controlled by the MB.
