Solution

You did not look very hard then, i googled the board in 3 seconds: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4311#ov

There is ver 1, rev 1.1 and 1.2 so make sure you have the correct one.

BIOS is a possibility since you upgraded to a chip that was likely not...

Even if the minimum is 450w? I'm looking to get a 750w just incase

In regards to power supplies the wattage on the sticker is just that, some ink on a sticker that is then put on a box. There is no regulation or requirement that the PSU is capabile of that wattage.
A quality PSU will actually output that voltage under constant load and even at a reasonable effeciency (To output 300w from a 500w unit it actually requires say 350w electricity).
A cheapo 500w unit will not be able to sustain 300w, and when it dies it lacks any protections and thus it also fries other parts in your computer.

Why do you wnat 750w specifically??
Going too high is not only pointless money spent today, but it also uses more electricity due to lost efficency under low load.

So possibly a corsair 600w could be a better investment?
I do have an extra fan hooked up. And possibly my expand storage. I do stream games and recording

Admirable
I don't like EVGA at all. Their QC has just been awful recently, I also don't like Corsair PSU's recently either. I am about to trade my perfectly fine AX750 for a Seasonic Prime 850 because it will probably last longer and be more reliable than the corsair is now.

Basically if it isn't made by Seasonic (Which Corsair Used to be) or SuperFlower I won't use it.

BIOS is a possibility since you upgraded to a chip that was likely not included on the original bios, but since your problem is durring gameplay and not at boot I would put 85% chance on it being your low quality PSU.
