getting error codes HELP PLEASE!

So I just upgraded my PC's CPU from and AMD to an Intel. Upgraded the RAM. Also upgraded the motherboard. I'm getting error codes (getMode)x2 and (g_pAsWMI_NotOpen) once. What do those error codes mean and how do I get rid of them?

What is your motherboard name/model number and cpu name/model number ?
Also what type of memory do you have, name and speed will help as well if you don't mind.
