Hey i was wondering if it was possible to make a pc with intel i5 7700k 16gb ram and a asus dual core 1060 6gb pc for ynder 1000$

I have a hdd 1tb with windows 7 and
Cooler master 550w modular psu and Fractal Design Define R4 Arctic White Silent ATX case

Can somone take the parts mentoned in the first texture and make a full working pc with all parts and make a pc

i5-7600k or the i7-7700k?

Not sure what an ASUS dual core 1060 6GB is. If you are referring to the ASUS Dual and Dual OC, that is simply a cooler, referring to the fans. They are still single GPU graphics cards.

I wouldn't use Windows 7 with Kabylake, but that is me.

Power supply wise a 550W is good for a single GPU Intel system.
