So hello guys before 2 days i bought the gtx 760. I have intel i3 2100, i know that there is a bottle neck but all my games work on 30-40 fps(like csgo 1920*1080 all settings are on low) and im have 2gb ram. So my question is:What causes my computer to work slowly? The cpu or the ram?
