Connecting d-link 550 to tp-link homewired PA4010KIT

I recently purchased a homewired tp-link system PA4010KIT. It does not have wireless capabilities so I added a d-link AP on the same outlet linked with a cat 5 cable. My phone shows great signal but I cannot browse the internet. Any suggestions?
