1. How do I disable Vsync? I can't find the .ini file nor does a global(Nvidia control panel) vsync change make any difference.
2. Is it normal for a EVGA 970 FTW to barely stand up and pay attention with all settings(what little options there are) maxed out? It's sitting at 324 MHz right now. It sits at 931MHz or less no matter how busy Boston is. 1380MHz is normal.
8GB RAM and a 4690K helping it.
All power settings are set to max performance.
I'm guessing it's normal because the GFX aren't really that good. But, it never hurts to get a second opinion.
