I was told that my Intel Core i7-6700k was underperforming (in a new computer) because I didn't freshly install Windows 10. They said my drivers needed to be updated, so I can create Windows 10 media using the tool. Now, I have it installed but I don't know reinstall Windows 10 after that. P.S.
