My PC has the 250GB Samsung EVO SSD as the boot drive with Windows 10. In short, after about 16 months, it become undetectable.

I tried everything, disconnected all devices, used different cables that was on working HDD, still nothing.

Nothing recognizes the drive, not BIOS nor Windows Disk Management.

I gave up and ordered a replacement and hooked it up the same way as prior and all is working fine.

My "dead?" SSD is still undetectable as I hooked it up and it still doesnt show anywhere.

Is there anything more I can attempt to do to recover or have I pretty much done it all that determines the drive is indeed, dead?

My MB is a Asus Z-97A

What dredges of the internet did you find that?

I think this is an old link they used to have when they transitioned from HDDs to SSDs, and they just removed the link from the site, but for some reason kept the direct link active. Same thing happened with their XRA request form. They removed any mention of it from the site, but if you have the direct link, you can still fill out the form and submit an SSD XRA.
