i wanna purchase a computer .. so i wanna know which is the best processor or what should i check more clock speed or cache memory
Suggest me some names under Rs.15000

Depends on what you need. Getting overkill things for Web rowing is wasting money. Suggesting that your most likely to game And you have lots of money the. I7 7700k is the best for gaming.

Atleast 2.5Ghz although not the most important!

A normal gamer would just go for a i5 as there is not much benefit from a i7. Also look for a over lockable cpu and motherboard if possible. This will give you a bit more performance for your money.
