According to this website my computer isn't running as well as it should be? Why is this?

It appears that you have several background tasks which stress your CPU (potentially antivirus, antimalware or even malware) and HDD as well. HDD is a mechanical one, SSD would boost disk performance by a huge amount. As for the CPU, check in your task manager which process is using your CPU while computer is idle.
