A Single 4GB DDR3 1600mhz or a Dual 4GB DDR3 1333mhz?

Because Im Planning for an APU[AMD A8 7600]
Im curious of what will be the difference if Ill buy a single DDR3 1600mhz ram or
Two 1333mhz.. I will use it mostly for gaming[LoL,CSGO,Assasins Creed 3, and Possibly GTA V]
and Im on a Budget...

1600mhz[1700 Pesos]
1333mhz[1500 Pesos]--[3000 Pesos If i will but two of them]

(BTW Dont Recomend any CPU/RAM bcoz it hard to get parts in my area)
Thanks In Advance

Solution
I would go with 2x4GB.

As i said, if you don't work with big databases or servers, you shouldn't look at the speed. For gaming and overall Windows performance dual channel will deliver a smoother performance.

Also, in the video link you dropped there, from Linus'es benchmarks the difference between 1333mhz and 2400mhz is a few 1/100 parts, nothing noticeable. But bigger bandwidth, offered by dual channel (2x4gb) RAM, will deliver noticeable performance increase (not huge, but it will be better in dual channel), especially if you use integrated graphics, a system with dual channel would achieve ~20% more FPS in games than with 1 stick of RAM.

2x4GB

2 sticks of RAM will give you 2x more bandwidth to transfer data to RAM.
Also, games like GTA 5 and Assassins Creed will run poorly with 4GB of ram, the 8GB is the sweet spot or a middle-level gaming machine.

Don't look at the speed, it doesn't matter if it's 1600mhz or 1333mhz. Speed only matters if you work with huge databases and servers. Take a look here, this video will also say why more RAM is better than Faster RAM for gaming https://youtu.be/JDlFyd6GS6g
I've also heard that windows are smoother with 8GB of ram rather than 4GB.

Well I thought that higher frequency gives me more fps

Should i go with a 2x4GB 1333mhz ram or 1x8GB 2400?

Can I overclock all DDR3 Rams?

Any Cons and Pros of Overclocking a Ram Stick?

Yes, RAM is overclockable, but i wouldn't recommend that. The performance gain won't be noticeable and it will increase the temperatures and may shorten it's life-time.

But i, personally, have a Z97M+ motherboard, which has a built-in OC panel and it automatically overclocks my CPU and RAM about 20-25%, i can't tell the BIOS not to do that. In my case, i don't see any problems with +25% overclocked ram speed, but my case has 7 fans on the inside, so the air circulation and cooling is quite good. If your case is smaller or does not have proper cooling, RAM sticks may overheat and cause system crash / blue screen etc. - it all depends on overclock stability. Well, yes you can try overclock RAM speed by +10mhz every time and test your system if its stable, but the performance gain is not worth the time spent testing.
