i7 6700k nd-h15 high temps?

I have a 6700k cooled with a nd-h15 no oc and when i run prime 95 26.6 for 30 min the max temp is 64 gaming i get around the same temps games like bf1 witcher and what not. is this a good temp for no oc and a fairly large air cooler?

Yes, it is normal, the temp when gaming is the same as cpu stressed at 100% because the videocard fills the case with hot air and the cpu will be "cooled" with this hot air. Be sure you got good airflow in the case.
EDIT: Also your cpu temp when you are stressing it is good.
