What's the best (GT 730) + Question about full-length

Hi, first question :
What the best GPU for gaming between :
- Inno3D GeForce GT 730 2GB 128-bit DDR3
- Inno3D GeForce GT 730 1GB DDR3 LP
- Inno3D GeForce GT 730 4GB 128-bit SDDR3

I have actually a TwinTech NVIDIA GT 430 2GB DDR3. Is a good idea to buy a GT 730 ?
I need a "very low profile" card because my system can't support +50w cards (i need to change motherboard + psu to have better).

Next question : I don't have a "real" x16 PCI-E 2.0 but i have a x8 full-length. I tried with a GTX 1050 Ti at xmas but i doesn't works. So how many watts can give a x8 full-length ?

A last one : According to you, what's the best GPU with -50w power consumption for gaming ?

what is the brand name of your computer and model please. also what is the make model and wattage of psu

as for best less than 50w video card that is tricky... out of the cards you mention I would opt for card with Most on board RAM so 4GB in this case

but I would look depper, as the GT730 comes with 2GB and GDDR5 low profile update cards seemingly still popular

Thanks for answer, my PC is a server (yes, it's strange) : Dell PowerEdge T110 II. I have a Intel Xeon E3-1220 and the PSU is 300W.

And is better SDDR3 or DDR3 ?

So the NVIDIA GT 430 has a power consumption less than 25w ?
Because the TwinTech model (2gb) is impossible to find on internet, i bought it on Ebay.

And so, how many watts can give a full-length x8 ??
