Ok so i have a pc with I3-6100, 8GB RAM,MB is Gigabyte H110M-S2H and the PSU is a Sirtech-High Power ECO II 500W

My question is what gpu should i choose? I'm short on budget and also the prices in my country are pretty big compared to US or other countries (I live in Romania)

So these are my options

an GTX 1050 TI Gigabyte OC (187$)
an GTX 1060 3GB Gigabyte Windforce 245$
or an RX 470 (Sapphire Radeon RX 470 OC 4GB Or the MSI Gaming X, both around 230$)

This is all i can afford. I'm asking you which one is the best for gaming (GTA V,WWE 2k17, Minecraft,LoL,CS GO and other games made this year or the past last years) and which one is the best $/Performance for my PC build.

But also i have some doubts about each graphic card. First of all Gigabyte Pascal Series. I heard they have a lot of Coil Noise. Is only for the G1 Gaming or for all 10xx from gigabyte? In that case, what brand should i choose?
And for AMD, I heard they're lacking in good drivers (having bugs and problems with the drivers)

So can you please help me out and tell me which GPU should i choose for my PC. It can be other brands too ! Just tell me the best brand for each model and the best of all three ! Thank you and sorry for my bad English

The 1060 would be my choice over any current AMD card and, of course, any nVidia card at lower tiers.

Siretcis an OEM supplier who build PSUs for OCZ, NZXT, Zalman, Rosewill, Silverstone among others, some of which are not too bad. I could not find any data on an Eco line however and w/o, I would hesitate to recommend of condemn the PSU when no information is available.

According to nVidia, the card draws 120 watts and should be at least 400 watts in size. While I would much prefer a model with which we knew something about, I don't know that I would abandon it out of hand when money is tight. Since your not overclocking the CPU, if you are not going to push the card too hard w/ overclocking, it may be just fine.

What card is it...

1060 > 470 > 1050 ti

with your power supply i would not risk a 470 or 1060

What card is it powering now ? If it's in the 100+ watt range, you certainly won't be any worse off than you are now.

I dont have a gpu in the system now, i had an gtx 950 but gave it to my brother. Also i can give you a romanian site for the psu
http://www.pcgarage.ro/surse/sirtec-high-power/eco-ii-500w/

A website that shows how much they sell it for really provided no information that is useful in judging the quality of the componentry inside the PSU. However, the 950 is the information I was looking for:

http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-950/specifications

The 950 is a 90 watt GPU and requires a 350 watt PSU. The 1060 is a 120 watt GPU and nVidia wants a 400 watt PSU. It's fair to say therefore that the new card isn't exactly resulting in a hige power increase on the PSU (18% => 24% of PSU rating)

It must also be noted that the "typical CPU / GPU pairing" anticipated in nVidia's power supply recommendations would be an CPU with a 90ish watt CPU. Your CPU only draws 50ish watts ...a drop of 40 watts. So while I would be more comfy with something in therefor which we had more info, it has to be said, that the GPU draws only 30 watts more than your previous one. If the PSU could survive the 950, the 1060 is not that much of a stretch.

It is also noted that there are more differences between the 3GB and 6GB than the amount of memory (10% less shaders). I'd expect the 3 GB to draw about 5 watts less than the 6GB.

Ideally, I would like to have seen a stress test performed on the system w/ the 950 present to ascertain what kind of voltage variation would occur. I used the outervision PSU calculator with the 6100, 2 sticks of RAM, 4 fans, 1 HD, 4 USB devices, 1 Optical drive and came up with a peak load of 259 watts. So while the quality of the PSU is unknown, you basically went from a peak load of 229 watts (46% of PSU rating) to 259 watts (52% of PSU rating), I don't really see the load increase from 46% to 52% as anything scary.

But it has PSU Specs too ! Here i take a screenshot for you .http://imgur.com/8arolCm Is this what you were looking for the PSU ? Also yes i know the differences between 3gbs and 6gbs but for now 3gb is what i can afford :(... but soon i finish highschool and i will save for something new. I am not an gaming fanatic. I just want to play GTA V, minecraft, wwe 2k17 cs go etc for now until i save money for another build or a better upgrade this is what i can afford.

I am not interested in what any company advertises. I am looking for independent test results. What they **advertise** and what is real are two very, very different things.

I wasn't implying that there is any issue with the 3GB card ... having 6 GB isn't really going to bring anything to the table @ 1080p. The only point I was making is that the 3 GB model uses slightly less power. With the 3GB model, the reduced shaders will deliver abut 7% (on average) less fps. That is strictly a budgetary decision on your part of which I made no comment.
