To build my own or to buy it ready?

So, I can finally buy my pc in the next couple of days and I'm planning to grab a pc able to play on very high/high on 1080p, so a 1060 6gb or the rd 480 would be a great deal for me. I already build it on a a website that I trust...but the thing is, I found the exact same pc, ready to go for about $100 cheaper. So, my question is: should I grab the one that's already built and ready or should I just buy the pieces and build it myself?

The specs are:

- ASUS h110
- i5 6400
- gtx galax 1060 6gb
- evga psu 500 80+ bronze
- 16 gb of ram (8x2) Kingston
- WD 1TB
- PCYES pegasus case

Is it exactly the same? The specs might look the same but a closer look often reveals performance differences and the bigger one, quality differences. Pre-builts are often built with inferior quality parts that still have the refrain, "16GB of RAM (2X8GB) Kingston". Well Kingston makes a boat load of different RAM that can be described as that

If you ask just about anyone on this website they will state build your own over pre-built. If you want help designing, give a budget and the country you live in. Also supply a preferred vendor website if you have one.

The way the pre-assembled build gets cheaper is by substituting cheaper components where you are not much paying attention (other than CPU / GPU). RAM will likely be lower speed / higher CAS than you would otherwise suggest, PSU will be something just fine for a light offcie build, but less than you'd want in a workstation / gaming system, storage subsystem will be slower than other alternatives.

Yes, I have triple checked and the specs are basically the same, only changing the case, really. I'm sorry for not posting the exact names, I'm using my cellphone and its hard to copy and paste all the names and stuff lol anyways, I'm from Brazil and the website I use is usually one called Kabum or Pichau.

The RAM is 2 8gb crucial ballistix Sport LT 2400 mhz (I remembered Kingston wrong lol)
