Which graphic card will be best for 3ds max rendering and Gaming also like Ghost recon wildlands

I have
Motherboard : Gigabyte GA-Z97M-D3H Intel Z97
Processor : i5 44460
Ram : 16Gb fury
SMPS : corsair vs650.
SSD 250GB and HDD's 1TB
Which graphic card will be best for Autocad, 3ds max, PS and Gaming also like Ghost recon wildlands, watch dogs 2, hitman

I may say something stupid, but when I last talked to a 3D designer, he said that the main component when doing 3D design is the CPU (he has an i7-6XXX - can't remember). The guy was sporting a GTX 780 and just recently (2 months ago) switched to a Gtx 1070. He's also gaming on that setup.

I hope this clears things out a bit.

3D and rendering programs use a lot of CPU cores and GPU.

also you can find the compatible GPU list with these programs and match with the requirement of the game.
