H110: worth it?

Is the h110 worth it overall? I do not plan on overclocking and I want to use a i5 6400, gtx 1060 6gb and 16 gb of ram on two sticks. Will a h110 hinder me in any way?

No not unless you want extra SATA and USB that you get from B150. You'll also be limited to 32GB RAM and less board features like x1 PCIE slots etc but a H110 will be fine. Depends what you need the board to support altogether.
