hi my WD External Hard Disk is getting detected in the PC but it was opening then I gave it to a hardware service. After opening it they told me that the head in the external hard disk is damaged. I stay in Hyderabad India. I want to know were can i get it repair or backup the files as that hard disk Data is very important to me ? Thank in advance for the reply.
