Is this normal temp for x52 and i7 7700k? All stock settings.

Im not gaming. Just browsing with some other windows opened.
From what i read this is not a normal temp for this setup.
What do i need to do to improve its temperature?
My motherboard is MSI z270 gaming M2.

Fans will slow down at low load, so you won't see the absolute lowest temps as the cooling system doesn't need to try as hard - the priority becomes keeping noise levels down. I'd be far more interested in at-load temps.

I get around 25 at idle. Have you updated your BIOS? This worked for me

Load temps refer to when the CPU is working hard. Or doing a lot.
