Short answer: No.
Long answer:
Latest BIOS version on your MoBo is 3.40. If the BIOS version is 2.60 or newer then you have no compatibility issues with i5-4460 whatsoever. But if your BIOS version is 2.30, then you might need to update your BIOS but i doubt that.
