Hello people.

I have bought a new Sapphire Nitro Radeon RX 470 OC (8gb DDR5), and i have been experiencing multiple issues with my computer.

Issues like:

- THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER (BSOD)
- When powering up, colorful pixelated screens pop up
- Monitor goes black, but can still hear sounds.
- Brand new mic sometimes works and most of the time doesn't.

First off, the BSOD.
I have searched up many different ways to solve this blue screen, and i have tried all of them. I cleaned my gpu drivers with DDU and installed the latest ones. The issues still persist. I have also updated my BIOS. There was one driver where the problems were occurring less frequently, and i had tried to rollback into that driver but every time I do that, it rollbacks into the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter thing.

Second, the pixels.
This really frustrates me becasue it happens as soon as I power up my PC. My monitor displays colorful pixelated screens and I have to force shutdown.

Third is pretty self explanatory.

Fourth, mic.

Im supposing that it may be the mic itself, but the fact that sometimes it works sort of makes me think otherwise. The mic picks up everything besides my voice.

Here are some parts of my rig:

Power Supply: 600 watts , 80+ Bronze.
MotherBoard: MSI H110M gaming
CPU: Intel Core i5 6500

I sincerely appreciate any help.
Thanks in advance.

1)Are you sure that the graphics card is getting full power ? Make sure that the cables are well connected from the PSU to the GPU. 2) Try the graphics card on a different Pc if possible and if it does the same thing then RMA the card.

I am using a vga to hdmi converter thing.

Anyways, thank you very much for your time, If problems continue for a longer time, then i may consider RMA.

Thanks.
