Is it dangerous to only have one fan on my GPU suck in air?

I'm looking at the Gigabyte RX 460 4GB Windforce OC. The case I want to purchase and have decided on is the Raijintek Metis Plus. It has a 120mm fan mount on top at the back right above the PCIE slots, with a mesh dust filter. The motherboard is inverted, so the PCIE brackets are at the top, and the GPU fans are facing upwards.

I'm worried that if I install a 120mm fan there, one fan on my 460 will be getting fresh, cool air from outside the case, while the other is struggling to suck air in from only 1-2 inches of space, with a solid panel right above it.

Is this potentially dangerous/can cause overheating?

Solution
Not really. I have a modified metis where i have 2 fans on top. I think one fan would be plenty.
A fan doesn't actually need much space to suck air from, i believe it is 1/2 the height of the blade, so thats like, 12mm? very small.

Remove the HDD mount to give it some extra breathing room.

Plus you can have the single fan spin up a bit if it gets hot, should be no problem at all.

I love the Metis and own two, will probably use a Plus for a future build.
