Slow laptop cpu upgrade.

I have a Toshiba Satellite model E45W-C4200X that is very slow. It Has an Intel Core i3 processor. My question is can I up grade the processor to i5 or i7?

Hi there, it´s very unlikelly to perform such an operation, specially on Home user Laptops, I guess your cpu is actually soldered to the Motherboard giving is an i3-5015U. Sorry pal

it means it came with a stock HDD!!! Meaning to speed a shit toons your pc you have the SOLUTION of buying an SSD.

Buy an Samsung 850 evo minimum 250Gb and replace the base HDD. it should make your pc feel like a Milion bucks. Startup times will increase everything will be faster
