I want to buy a new graphics card for playing esports titles such as Overwatch, CS:GO, Dota 2 like that. How about RX 460? 2GB or 4GB? Can I get above 144 FPS with 720p or 1080p lowest detail settings? Maybe I can change to a new 144Hz Freesync monitor in future since it's cheaper than Gsync monitor.

Depending on how much you play Blizzard games, they tend to prefer Nvidia cards. You will see more performance out of a GTX 1050 than a RX 460 in that regard. These cards get about 30-60 fps at 1080p on high settings on most AAA titles so getting 144fps on low shouldn't be too much of a problem. (The 460 should actually get 65 average on Ultra at 1080p) As far as the monitor goes, any 144hz monitor will do. Freesync/G-Sync is a bit of a luxury and not really necessary. It's nice to have but you don't really need it to get smooth frames.

But I can't buy Freesync monitor if I buy GTX 1050.

True but like I said it's more of a luxury.

Yeah, if you want freesync then buy the rx 460 :)
