I'm giving a friend of mine an old computer that i don't use anymore (h81m-dg4 mobo, g3220 cpu). The problem is that he has an ISP that uses broadband connection, and he doesn't know his user name and password, so we want to connect him with a modem (so he doesn't need to enter his user name and pass). The modem model is TP-LINK TL-WR841N and it came with no CD/DVD, My question is, where can i get the drivers for the modem? I can't find any download links on their site..

Hook the TP-Link device up.

Open a command prompt. Type IPCONFIG and look for the Deafult Gateway. That Default Gateway address is TP-LINK's address, the default is 192.168.0.1. Open a web browser and type that IP address into the address bar. You should get a login page. Use the default credentials. Usually username and password is Admin. From there, you can make any other configurations on it you need.

If the default credentials don't work, reset it back to the default settings.

I didn't say this in my original message, but hook up to the TP-LINK device via ethernet the first time you connect in. Some of wireless routers disable accessing the management UI over the wireless unless you enable that as an option.
