try lowering your settings and possibly play on 720p. It was a budget GPU even when it launched. That CPU also doesn't help your case. I would be suprised if you could do 40+ fps with it on any recent game.

If you are already playing on lowest settings, then there is definitely something wrong with your PC

With that CPU, you aren't going to play a lot of games at 60fps. You should play with the settings. Like for sleeping dogs, Go with the medium preset and turn off ambient occlusion. You should get 30+ fps. If you don't, I would download some monitoring software, to check on usage and temps.

Also make sure that the Monitor is plugged into the GPU and not the motherboard.

the temps for both graphic card and cpu are 40-50.i have the recommended requirements for nfs hot pursuit but still no good fps.sleeping dogs may be my pc is not gud enough but what about nfs?cpu usage always above 90 and gpu fluctuates from 30-90.is there any issue with pc r my pc is just not good enough?

If your CPU is close to 100% that means that it is performing to its full capabilities. You could check for programms in the background that may put unnecesarry strain on the CPU. If you are using most of the CPU without doing anything, than there is definitely software in the background that may lead to your bad performance. Check the taks manager and sort for CPU and Ram usage. if anyting out of the ordinary appears, close it, make sure it doesn't reopen automatically, and check if your performance improved. Also download the latest drivers for your graphics card.

But what about the CPU usage outside of games? Also, 95% usage is high enough. Those aditional 5% won't get you any noticable performance boost. You should get reasonable performance in Hot Pursuit, so my guess is that your CPU has too much to do in the background. That's a big problem with dual cores. They aren't really multi task capable.
