next week im palling on buying parts which are these and also wanna play couple of other games like rust gta v

yeah i forgot to edit im planning to use 500gb ssd i will be using 27inch 1080p monitor

That way you can upgrade to and i5/i7 down the road a better Video card as well (note you can get your case instead) though it is a little more.

For gaming you won't see much of a difference only if you were maybe pairing your system with a 1070 or trying to get 1440p, the problem with that i5 is its a dead end. I personally would even consider the newer kaybe Pentium over that older i5 (as long as your not doing video editing and such).

This is closer to budget, has a better quality, modular, psu, and performance would be nearly identical to that of an i3 6100, given the graphics card being used. This new Kaby lake pentium is hyperthreaded, just like an i3.
