Whats the difference between the Zotac GTX 1060 zotac zt-p10600d-10b (bulk?) to the amp edition? I dont see the bulk edition on the zotac product list for gtx 1060. is it lower end?

Bulk or OEM products are normally missing all the fun and nice accessories some consumers enjoy. They may only contain the GFX card. There are retail offering with all the fun goodies like stickers and badges. Then there is the Bulk or OEM offerings which usually only contain the main product.

You are talking about two different cards. It is not as powerful as the Amp edition. BUT please don't interpret my answer to mean that just because you see bulk you should avoid it. It is only weaker in this instance because you are comparing it to a completely different product. You are comparing the Amp Edition and the Reference Edition. The Bulk is extraneous information that has ZERO impact on nor does it imply how powerful it is or isn't.
