I just got my new MSI Z270 Tomohawk in the mail. I wont be getting my CPU and GPU in a few weeks time and want to make sure the board works so I can RMA it before I get my last components. I pluggeed in my power supply and my LED case fans into the motherboard (wanted to see them in action. After connecting the 24 pin power chord and flipping the switch, nothing. Not a single light on the board is on, the case fans arent spining, nothing is happening. Do I need other components to get the motherboard on? What do I do? Please help!

As expected. Almost every single circuit on that motherboard is incomplete without a CPU. Its not going to do anything but sit there without it.
