Hi All,

I currenttly have a Razer Blackwidow which is awesome but really noisy. Does anyone have a suggestion on what to replace it with? Would like something less noisy (even wondering if I should not get mechanical keyboard).

Razer green is a knockoff of cherry mx blue which is a clicky switch. MX brown lets you feel the bump but is silent. Mx red you don't feel anything and it's smooth all the way down. Your best is corsair. K70/k65 lux or rapidfire, strafe with mx silent, And the k95 rgb platinum which comes with cherry mx speed or brown. Speed and silent are modified versions of mx red.

I've gotten all my mechanical keyboards with brown switches (no click) and I'm pretty happy. They are a nice mix between some tactile feedback and low noise.

There are other switches that don't make noise as well.

Ducky has good build quality and selection. I highly recommend them.
