Trying to decide out of the Maximus IX, ROG Strix Z270E, or the GIGABYTE Aorus GA-Z270X

So recently I got a GIGABYTE G1 Gaming GA-Z170X-Gaming 7. I recently see that Asus and Gigabtye have released some new MB. And I am considering exchanging my current board for one of the following 3. (Listed below) For some reason my OCD is very interested in Wireless. Anyhow if anyone can provide any feedback that would be great.

I haven't picked out a CPU Yet. And I haven't done enough research personally between Skylake vs Kaby except knowing that there is a low percent in difference between the two. I wanted to beast this next build out. And I hate thinking of future proofing but you know...

Will VR in mind as well.

Thoughts?
