To put it short. If you create sufficient airflow inside your case then you can cool your CPU better and you won't see such high temps. Over 80 degrees Celsius is bad for CPU, between 90-100 degrees Celsius as yours is, is really bad for CPU since that kind of high temp will damage CPU and shorten it's lifespan.
