The i5 build, no question. CS:GO H1 is more CPU intensive. Do AAA titles these days love VRAM? Yes. Do I think the extra 3 GB of VRAM adds value? Yes, it provides longevity for present(BF!?, GTA V?) and future releases to have higher settings applied. AA and its many variations and higher textures. Not sure I even have any 2016 titles and I have breached 3GB of RAM with my 970.
