So guys, i have a 500 gb HD that contains my OS (windows 10), with 172 gb reserved to the OS (69 gb used, 102 free)and 292 gb free because i dont have nothing there, and a 2tb hd that i use for movies/games etc. I bought a ssd 120gb that i want to migrate the OS to, can you guys recommend a nice guide or a tutorial to do this migration, the best program to do, i searched about the easeUS ToDo Backup Free but this free version looks like dont have the system transfer. I googled some questions about this, but couldnt find a nice guide.

If you C partition is truly only 69GB consumed, then yes, you can do this.
Just like this...

Verify the actual used space on the current drive is significantly below the size of the new SSD
Download and install Macrium Reflect (or Samsung Data Migration, if a Samsung SSD)
Power off
Disconnect ALL drives except the current C and the new SSD
Power up
Run the Macrium Reflect (or Samsung Data Migration)
Select ALL the partitions on the existing C drive Instead of ALL, select everything except the data partition
Click the 'Clone' button
Wait until it is done
When it finishes, power off
Disconnect ALL drives except for the new SSD
Swap the SATA cables around so that the new drive is connected to the same SATA port as the old drive
Power up, and verify the BIOS boot order
If good, continue the power up
It should boot from the new drive, just like the old drive.
Maybe reboot a time or two, just to make sure.
If it works, and it should, all is good.
Later, reconnect the old drive and wipe as necessary.
Delete the original boot partitions, here:

So my 500gb is divided in 172gb for C: and 292gb for D: (that has nothing), in this case i select only the C: drive right?

The old drive (500gb) i think is malfunctioning, that is the reason that i want to migrate, so i dont need to reconnect it right? And the 2tb drive, at what time do i reconnect it? And teorically i'll not have problems with this drive right? i mean, the games/movies/data etc, im gonna have access flawlessly?

In that Macrium tool, you will see all partitions on that drive.
Select everything except the data partition...292GB D partition.
"Later, reconnect and wipe...." skip that stuff
Reconnect the other 2TB drive after you are 100% sure things are working properly from the new drive.
Assuming this clone operation works, and it should if the current 500GB drive is not too hosed up, yes. Your stuff on the 2TB is not touched, and everything should work exactly as it does now.
But...what will you do with the 292GB D partition on your current failing drive?
I really dont know right now, maybe im gonna sell or give to somebody. Do you think that the D: partition could be ok to use? Well i dont really know that my problems in windows (lagging hard, bad response on programs, etc)are because of my 500gb hdd.
