What should i upgrade next?

These are my pc specs:
MB : ASUS B85M-G
CPU : Intel Core I7-4790K
RAM: 8.00GB
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960

I want to be able to stream across dual monitors, and make youtube videos. I have been told that i should upgrade my RAM as i stream and play games like CSGO, Gta V etc. What would you recommend me upgrading?

Definitely upgrade your ram to 16gb. That will help in editing YouTube videos as well as streaming.

After that, I would recommend a GPU upgrade. The 960 is good for now, but you may want to get a more powerful one.
