I want to know that my PSU is up to the mark for gtx 750ti

My PSU is iball 450watt with 18A in the 12v rail. Can I run an Asus Nvidia Geforce Gtx 750ti with oc and directcu II cooling and if I can will it do any harm to my PC . Plz tell me I will be very much thankful.

You can run it as long as you have the correct power connectors but I would highly reccomend an upgrade.
