gtx 1070 oc, can my psu handle it?

Solution

This could seriously be 50 reasons really.

1) Not cleaning old drivers before installing a new graphics card

2) you're using an old OEM PC which doesn't support modern GPU's (don't know your specs).

3) you've made a mistake while installing (you've forget to plug in PCIe cables, you've plugged the display cable into the motherboard instead of the graphics card.

4) Faulty hardware

Just list your specs, explain which steps you've followed when you potentially took out your old GPU prior installing a new one. any info would be good.
