Monitor does not display.

My monitor does not display I tried take out the motherboard battery for 10 min, changed ram and changed GPU but monitor does not display.
Please help me.

Try the monitor on another PC as it may be the monitor itself that's packed up (you should have tried that first before messing with the PC and buying new components for it - - guesswork is the wrong approach).
