My computer Randomly Freeze and I need to hard restart by holding the power button.

PC Specs:
Motherboard- MSI Z170M Mortar
CPU- Intel i5-6600k 3.5ghz
GPU- Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1070 Windforce OC 8gb
RAM- Corsair Vengeance LPX CMK16GX4M2A2133C13R 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 Red
PSU- Thermaltake Litepower 600 ATX 12.5 v
CoolerMaster Fan
Monitor- BenQ RL2455
HDD- Seagate ST2000DM001-1CH164

Things that I have done so far:
*Windows Memory Diagnostic tool- No abnormalities detected
*Dxdiag- No abnormalities detected
*Chkdsk- No abnormalities detected
*Whocrashed- No abnormalities detected. Everytime my computer freeze and I do hard restart, No Logs in the dump files. Perhaps this tool is meant for BSOD only?
*Intel Processor diagnostic tool- No abnormalities detected
*Hot Cpu tester Pro- No abnormalities detected
*DDU and reinstalled my GPU driver.
*Updated all my drivers
*Scanned my pc for any Virus. I even used Online scan from ESET. No abnormalities detected.
*Hddscan which I just did and there are "!" on some of the results. I just need an answer cause I cannot diagnose which is the real cause of my Random Freezes.

I bought new Seagate Firecuda SSHD and Samsung Evo SSD to upgrade my PC but I don't have it yet, so I cannot really test if it's the hard drive that is failing.

PS. I haven't done clean install of OS. I will probably do it if the Random Freeze keeps happening despite the Upgrade.

Any Input will help. Thanks!

Only HDD. I am planning to use HDD and SDD when I get my newly bought ones. I cannot press ALT CTRL DEL to end the Program that is causing the freeze. I really have to do the hard reset. No BSOD either. My OS is Windows 10 Home.
