This listing says for Dell PowerEdge, but it seems like it should work for my system.
My board is Intel DQ45CB

when picking ram don't go by the model number of your computer and just get the specs of your ram.

I don't think so.

The ebay ram is for server. ECC Registered RAM

Motherboard Specifications Page specifically states:

ECC Memory Supported No

So, no. It would not work.

Another question. The chinese listings for correct ram say for AMD only, will not work in Intel.
Why?

It's likely high density ram, and very few systems supported it.
