Help!
I've extensively tested to see what the problem could possibly be, from RAM, to the GPU, and CPU stress tests and all of them came out OK.
What will happen is if i enter a menu in a game, or browse on windows explorer or google chrome and start clicking on things, occasionally that click will completely freeze the computer and that annoying windows blue leading circle will appear, i have grown so accustomed to it that i know that i have to pick up my phone and watch a good 5 minute YouTube video before everything turns back to normal, note that my GPU, CPU, RAM, and Hard Disk usages all remain at 0% when this freeze occurs.
This freezing has gotten very irritating and caused me to stop wanting to play any competitive games anymore, it first started when i did a full PC cleanup, and re-seated everything and redid the airflow in my PC while also cleaning out the dust. I had reassembled it and did not seat the water cooler to the CPU correctly, it took me two days to figure out that issue which while trying to play a game the CPU would reach temps of about 90 Degrees Celsius, in which i did not realize until i got a CPU Temp monitor working.
I quickly fixed the issue and had no problems with temperature since and i am not sure that the freezing is related to CPU issues due to the fact that i have extensively benchmarked the CPU for an 8 hour increment and there was no sign of throttling or issues and the temps never exceeded 60 Degrees.
GPU
My other suspicion could be the GPU, the R9 390 has had notorious cooling issues and the fan on mine sounds like it is dying, i have recently started looking up how to disassemble the GPU to put a liquid cooler on it, to no avail, i could not find any help on how to get the backplate or fans off my GPU and did not want to attempt any further into it myself. During games the GPU will reach temps of 80 Degrees Celsius, i was able to temporarily remedy this by setting all the fans to max and the temps now will reach a max of 72 Degrees Celsius and my Graphics driver no longer crashes anymore.
I have also completely uninstalled and reinstalled the Graphics drivers to no avail. This problem still consists as i am writing this post.

My last suspicion was RAM, i have 12Gb or RAM on three sticks of 4Gb, (one of my RAM slots on my Mb does not work, cannot figure out why but did not need 16Gb of ram, did this a long time ago) I tested my RAM by issuing Five RAM allocating programs in safe mode for 20 minutes that allocated and tested all of the memory for any errors by using 2Gb of RAM each, the programs name was memtest, and i found no issues in the RAM at all.
I am not sure what else i can do and i am turning to the internet gods to help me, all of the knowledge others may have may shine some light on my issue and help me solve it. Any answer or help is greatly appreciated.
