I have a Corsair VS450 Power supply powering an AMD RX 470, i5 6400, HDD and SSD.
I want to plug my desktop into a normal 220V socket, but I don't have the compatible adaptor for it. The only one compatible is a 110V tiny adaptor. So if I plug my 220V pc into a 110V adaptor into a 220V supply, will something fry?

What is a typical 220V outlet? Overseas there are 15 different outlet types that are on 220V and here in the US you also have 4 different styles of outlets for approved 220V use. Is this single phase, split phase or three phase?

How about a picture of what your looking at? Your Supply also has a switch on the back that should allow you to switch between 120V/220V
