Very good CPU cooler, black top, no memory clearance issues.
If your gaming I would change the card to a GTX 1060 it has a lot better performance.
You can also lower the watts on the power supply. The 550Watt G2 model should save the extra money.
All these are very good power supplies your build would actually run just fine on a 450 watt.

I would recommend upgrading to a 970 or 980ti due to the 960 being non-compatible with VR, although the 960 should work fine. Everything else should work correctly. Just make sure your motherboard has enough SATA DATA ports for your drives. Also, I linked an article which I recommend you read.

Why, is the GPU bottlenecking the CPU?

I put the article due to the fact that it is helpful for looking for PC parts and choosing the correct ones, I was not implying that the GPU was a bottleneck.
