games lag on every game. help !

guys i really need help , every game i play will lag like 2 or 3 sec , the fps usaly get below 10 and the game slow down and lag, this happens alot when getting in new areas or when i start the game.
my specs : i3 4130 gtx 660 4gb ram ddr3 2133mhz . games tested : dragon ball xenoverse 2,far cry primal,dark souls 3, even dark souls 1 have lags...pls help

Try lowering resolution. Those games are quite new, and your comp specs are not exactly 'monster' level. But anyway I would expect it to run those games at 30 fps / 1080p. Maybe some other programs are eating your CPU's time. Also this may be HDD issue.

lags are there even at the lowest resoulutions
about the hdd i don t really know...that's the probleme, i don't know the source of the probleme
