Do you happen to have a spare graphics card lying around that works. Could try that and if it works then you can RMA the card. If you don't I would try to find an old pcie graphics card that works on ebay or something and try it out to see if it works. In the UK where I am theres a used computer/gaming shop called CEX. They usually sell ancient PCie graphics cards for very cheap. Not sure if you live here too or have an equivalent. If you can't my advice would be to RMA it anyway as it might just be the card.

Yeah sorry I don't really think there is one. I would try the usual reseat everything in case that works, but the fact the cards artifacting just points straight to bad card. Although you never know someone might know a trick for it.

Do you have the latest BIOS from Dell? PCIe version gets updated there. Did you remove the previous graphics drivers first? Is your 750Ti EUFI rated. You will need a Legacy BIOS card for that computer. They come both ways. Legacy cards don't say "Legacy since it's the default option. EUFI cards say EUFI on the package and at the 750 level dual BIOS switches are rare. I've run 750Ti on older Dells than that one.

Yes i have the latest bios a22 for the dell and im sure its not a uefi motherboard maybe the gtx 750 ti is uefi rated? Im not sure completely.
Their wasn't any previous gfx drivers installed.
If you have run on older models have you tried this model with a newer card because it just gives me code 43 no matter what i do.

I'm running a PNY GTX750Ti right now. The MSI EUFI issue is a known problem with older Dells. My E520 was built in 2005 and actually is rated for Pentium4/ PentiumD CPUs. I bought this card specifically to avoid the MSI EUFI issue. I've had the problem you describe when I went form a HD6770 to the GTX750 because I didin't remove the ATI drivers first. I've also seen it when adding the GTX750 w/o removing onboard graphics drivers first. It's just good practice to remove GPU drivers any time you change GPU.
1- Createa System Restore point to save old drivers.
2- Remove old drivers in Safe Mode (so they won'y be running).
3-Install new GPU and drivers in Safe Mode with internet to get latest version.
You may have more than one problem. Check for EUFI issue. Then do a proper installation. There's no reason you can't run a GTX750 in that computer.
