PC Gaming questions

Sometime in summer I am going to buy a Gaming PC made by me on www.pcgarage.ro, so those are the components:
HDD: WD Blue 1TB SATA-III 7200 RPM 64MB
RAM: HyperX Fury Black 8GB DDR4 2133MHz CL14 Dual Channel Kit
Case: Segotep Warship EVO Black
CPU: Intel Skylake, Core i5 6500 3.20GHz box
MOBO: GIGABYTE GA-H170-D3H
GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 1060 Windforce OC 6GB DDR5 192-bit
PSU: Super Flower NOVA 600W (an IT expert from PC Garage recomanded me this PSU, but I don't know how good is it, because I've never heard of it before)
Mouse: Gaming Marvo Scorpion Red Emperor M416 + Scorpion Revive G1
Monitor:LED AOC Gaming E2275SWJ 22 inch 2 ms Black or AOC Gaming G2260VWQ6 21.5 inch 1ms Black-Red Free Sync 75Hz
DVD Writer: LG GH24NSD1 bulk black
Keyboard: Gaming Genesis RX11
I want to mention that I am from Romania and I would appreciate if you could use the site( it's not necessary). I don't like AMD, just to be sure you will not recomand me something from them
These are the questions:
1) If I [ut an Intel I5 6402p instead of Intel I5 6500, it will affect the performance noticeable?
2) Any PSU better that this one, with the price of 70-75, max 80 USD?

1. Do not change to the 6402p, it is a downgrade and will result in worse performance. Keep the i5-6500.
2. The PSU you have is perfectly fine.

All of your parts on the PC should be good, I would recommend checking out PCPartPicker and putting all the parts into the compatibility checker to make sure they all work together.

I want to say that I'm from Romaina and I am using the PC Garge site, so just if you could use that site for any recomandations I would appreciate ( it's not necesarely and I'm not an AMD fan, just intel and NVIDIA yet.
The questions are:
1) For some money save, should I put instead of i5 6500 an i5 6402p(is there going to be any big difference?)
2) What PSU should I buy inatead of the selected one, because how I said before, I've never heard of it before. Money range 70 to 75, max 80 USD.
3) Are those games going to work(high/ultra) over 55/60 fps: Euro Truck Simulator 2, GTA V and maybe IV, Forza Horizon 3, Fifa 17, Rise of the Tomb Raider?
