This is all for looks while keeping a similar performance


Can the h7 have 2 fans

Could I have 2 Corsair sp 120 RGB fans on it and have similar/better performance than the QF 120 fan included?

The stock fan (QF 120) has 1600 rpm, the 120 RGB has 1400rpm

A second fan can be mounted yes, dual fan is possible.
Dual fan can be louder as each sp120 rgb is rated at 26db and two will create more noise than the provided 25db single fan from cryorig.
The static pressure on sp120 rgb is rated at 1.45 while the cryorig one is rated at 1.65.
The cryorig can be rpm controlled because its a pwm fan and the sp120 rgb fans are not pwm controlled so you will need a low noise adapter or a fan controller to control their speed.

Bottom line: dual fan can give better performance but will be more noisy and will cost more( fan + fan + controller).
