I just installed a new power supply, and about 50% of the time after I press the start button, I hear a click from the psu, my keyboard led's will light up for a split second, silence for about 3-5 seconds, fans will not power on, the psu will click again, and then my pc boots as normal. I've never had any issues like this in the past, and the power supply is the only thing that's changed since I've noticed this happening. Is there anything that I should try before I resort to replacing the power supply? My build is:

cpu: Intel i5 2500k
cpu cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus
Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth P67 ATX LGA 1155
Ram: Corsair Vengence 8GB DDR3 1600

Storage: Samsung Spinpoint F3 1 TB
GPU: MSI Radeon RX 480 Gaming X 8 GB
PSU: EVGA 80+ Gold 850 Watt Modular
Case: Fractal Design R5 (windowed)
OS: Windows 10
