I accidentally pulled the plug on my laptop during a Windows update and shut it down. When I turned it back on it was stuck on the screen "Starting Windows"; Safe Mode and Startup Repair both did not solve the problem. I also do not have access to a Windows 7 Disk nor am I able to do a system restore on it.
